    Recharge and Heal with red light

     Preparation before your session

    1. Remove clothes and jewelry. Undress to your underwear or go nude to ensure maximum skin exposure and healing in all areas. Remove any jewelry that may block the light.
    2. Clean your skin. Wash off any makeup, lotions, or sunscreen, as these can block the light from penetrating your skin.
    3. Stay hydrated. Drinking water before your session can help your body respond better to the treatment.
    4. Use sanitation wipes. We provide sanitation wipes or placards to clean the bed before and after use. 

    During your session

    1. Put on eye protection. Always wear the protective eyewear provided. Even though the light is non-UV, it can be very bright and cause eye strain but will not damage your eyes.
    2. Start the machine. Locate and press the "start" button, which is on the panel or remote. 20-30 min is all you need.
    3. Lie down comfortably. Get into the bed and lie on your back. For comfort, a movable pillow or towel is available.
    4. Lower the top. Once you are ready, use the white remote to lower the panels as close to you as comfortable. You may feel a gentle warmth during the session. Fans provided for your comfort.
    5. Relax and wait. The bed will automatically shut off once the session is complete. 

    After your session

    1. Wipe down the bed. After the lights turn off, exit the bed and use the sanitizing wipes to clean the surfaces.
    2. Get dressed. You can then get dressed and go about your day.
    3. Moisturize. Apply a hydrating moisturizer to your skin to help soothe it and maintain the results.
    4. Stay consistent! For best results, follow a consistent schedule, such as three to five times per week, for several weeks.
