Peptides are short chains of amino acids that are the building block of proteins essential for hormones, tissues, and enzymes in the human body. There are several types of peptide therapies, all with unique capabilities.

BPC-157 and TB-500 are healing peptides commonly used to support recovery from injuries, reduce inflammation, and promote tissue repair. BPC-157 is derived from a natural protein in the stomach and is known for healing the gut, tendons, ligaments, and joints. TB-500 is a synthetic form of a protein found in all human cells and helps improve muscle recovery, flexibility, and blood flow by stimulating cell regeneration. When used together, they may have a powerful synergistic effect, accelerating healing and reducing pain in both acute and chronic injuries. BPC 157/TB 500 is not yet FDA approved and is considered off-label.

PT 141, also known as bremelanotide, is a peptide used to treat low sex drive in women and men. Unlike medications such as Viagra which work by improving blood flow, PT-141 works directly on the brain by activating melanocortin receptors, increasing sexual arousal.
